Office Administrator / Human Resources

Kavita is responsible for the internal human resources processes at BRIDGE TO INDIA. She is taking care of the recruitment process for new employees and interns. She is also responsible for running the office administration. Kavita holds a Bachelor Degree in Humanities from Delhi University and currently studies as a part-time student for her Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, Pune. Before joining BRIDGE TO INDIA, Kavita worked for a renewable energy project developer. This gave her a good insight into the renewable energy sector in India.
