India Solar Rooftop map is an info-graphic report providing a snapshot of rooftop solar market in India – capacity addition across states and consumer segments, market share of leading players and other key trends.

New installations in 2021 are estimated at 2,196 MW, up 62% over previous year, making it the best year ever for rooftop solar. Total rooftop solar capacity is estimated to have reached 8,988 MW. Key market trends include pick up in residential demand, ongoing decline in OPEX market share, increase in average C&I installation size and increase in system costs.
